摘要
合成革废水中含有大量的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)等有机污染物,对微生物具有毒性,采用传统生物处理工艺(厌氧+好氧)时,出水水质差。利用芬顿(Fenton)氧化-铁碳微电解技术对合成革企业废水进行预处理,可将超过50%的COD、DMF氧化为小分子物质并降低了其对微生物的毒性,提高了废水可生化性,保证了后续生物处理构筑物的稳定运行。经预处理后混合企业其他废水利用传统生物处理工艺可使该合成革废水各项水质稳定达标,DMF低于检出限。
Synthetic leather wastewater contains a lot of organic pollutants such as N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF),which is toxic to microorganisms.The effluent quality is poor when the traditional biological treatment process(anaerobic+aerobic)is used.The results show that Fenton can reduce the toxicity of Fenton wastewater by 50%,which can be used to oxidize the micro structure of wastewater.After pretreatment,the quality of synthetic leather wastewater can reach the standard by traditional biological treatment process,and the DMF is lower than the detection limit.
