摘要
为优化深竖井套接型缓降器结构参数,提高降速拌和效能,解决混凝土离析难题,采用正交试验法进行方案设计,以宽度、高度及底座长度为变量,构建不同结构参数的缓降器模型。运用EDEM软件计算不同结构参数的缓降器出口处混凝土运动情况。以出口速度、相对速度为指标,分析不同缓降器的降速拌和效能,极差与方差分析结果表明:影响缓降器出口速度的主次顺序为宽度>高度>长度,宽度为200mm时速度最小,随着高度增加,速度逐渐增大;影响相对速度的参数为宽度,随着宽度增加,相对速度逐渐减少;在选取范围内,宽度200mm、高度200mm、底座长度300mm时,套接型缓降器效能最佳,料浆速度、相对速度分别降低了7.41%和64.23%,降速拌和效能明显提高。
In order to optimize the structural parameters of the sleeve-connected buffer in deep shaft,to improve the speed reduction and mixing efficiency,as well as to solve the problem of concrete segregation,the orthogonal test method was used to design the scheme,and the buffer model with different structural parameters was constructed with the variables of width,height and base length.The EDEM software was used to calculate the concrete movement at the exit of the buffer with different structural parameters.Taking the exit velocity and relative velocity as indexes,the speed reduction and mixing efficiency of different buffers was analyzed.The results of range and variance analysis were concluded as follows.Firstly,the influence order on the exit speed of buffer was width>height>length.When the width is 200 mm,the speed is the minimum,and the speed gradually increases with the increase of height.Secondly,the parameter affecting the relative speed is width,and the relative speed decreases with the increase of width.Thirdly,in the selected range,when the width is 200 mm,the height is 200 mm,and the base length is 300 mm,the performance of the sleeve-connected buffer is the best,the slurry speed and relative speed are reduced by 7.41%and 64.23%respectively,and the speed reduction and mixing efficiency is improved obviously.
