摘要
目的调查上海市奉贤区高频次接触家畜人群蜱知晓状况,为有效开展蜱类防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用单纯随机抽样的方法,在上海市奉贤区居住半年以上的且年龄≥15岁,高频次涉禽畜(家中有家畜、宠物或工作中接触牲畜频次较高)的174名居民进行问卷调查,了解蜱知晓情况,并分析蜱知晓率影响因素。结果高频次涉禽畜人群对蜱相关知识及防治技能总知晓率为29.89%,各知识点回答正确率为17.82%~58.62%;年龄越大,知晓率越低;文化程度越低,知晓率越低;月收入越低,知晓率越低;蜱相关知识知晓率高低对蜱防治技能知晓率高低有影响(P<0.05)。结论应针对不同年龄、文化程度、月收入的人群,加强以蜱相关知识为重点的健康教育,开展防治技能培训。
Objective To learn the knowledge of the tick in high frequency wading poultry and livestock population,and provide the scientific basis for effective tick prevention.Methods A simple random sampling method was adopted.The questionnaire was conducted to 174 residents who lived in Fengxian District of Shanghai for more than half a year,aged 15 or above with high frequency contact poultry.The awareness rate and its distribution in this population were analyzed.Results The general awareness rate on tick knowledge and prevention skills was 29.89%,and the rates of the right answer to each question were between 17.82% and 58.62%.It showed that people with older age,lower education,lower income had a lower awareness rate(P<0.05).Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen propaganda of tick knowledge to people with older age,lower education and lower monthly income.
