摘要
本文从病原的分类地位与基本形态、基因组结构与功能、抗原结构与免疫反应和理化特性与生物学特性记述了肾综合征出血热的病原学;从传染源、传播途径、易感人群和流行特征描述了肾综合征出血热的流行病学;从血清学检测、基因检测和病原学培养分离介绍了肾综合征出血热的实验室检查技术;从疫情监测、控制传染源、切断传播途径和保护易感人群叙述了肾综合征出血热的预防控制。从4个方面较系统地论述了我国肾综合征出血热的流行病学特征及预防控制研究现状,为临床诊治和预防控制提供了科学依据。
This paper describes the etiology of hemorrhagic fever of renal syndrome from its classification status and basic morphology,genome structure and function,antigenic structure and immune response,physical and chemical characteristics and biological characteristics.The epidemiology of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome is elaborated from the source of infection,transmission route,susceptible population and epidemic characteristics.Laboratory examination of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome is introduced from serological detection,gene detection and pathogen isolation.The prevention and control of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome is explained from the surveillance of the epidemic situation,the control of the source of infection,the cutting off of transmission channels and the protection of the susceptible population.The epidemiology and prevention and control of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in China are systematically discussed in the four aspects,which provides scientific basis for clinical diagnosis,treatment and prevention and control.
