摘要
植物质子焦磷酸酶(H^+-pyrophosphatase,H^+-PPase)具有多种功能,在植物生命活动中扮演着重要的角色。该酶不仅能够参与调控糖异生、蔗糖的韧皮部装载和运输,还在植物抵御多种非生物胁迫的过程中发挥着重要作用。本文综述了近年来植物H^+-PPase分子克隆、结构、分类和定位等方面的研究进展,并重点总结了其功能,以期为今后相关研究提供参考。
Plant proton pyrophosphatase(H^+-pyrophosphatase,H^+-PPase)owns many functions and plays key roles in plant life activities.The enzyme can not only involve in the regulation of gluconeogenesis,phloem loading and transportation of sucrose,but also play significant roles in plant resistance to various abiotic stresses.In this paper,the research progress of molecular cloning,structure,classification and location of plant H^+-PPase in recent years was reviewed,and its functions were mainly summarized,in order to provide reference for future research.
