摘要
复发性流产归属于中医学"滑胎"范畴,为妇科常见疾病之一,其病因病机复杂,中医遵循探病因、求病机;经不调者,当先调经;因他病而致者,先治他病;孕前调理脏腑气血,培元固本;孕后及早干预,顾护胎元,防流保胎之"预培其损"原则干预治疗,可减少复发性流产的发生,临床效果显著,具有独特的优势及实际指导作用。
