摘要
通过构建技术创新与标准化两大系统之间的耦合协同模型,测算2006—2015年我国技术创新与标准化的耦合度水平和耦合协调度。研究结果表明,我国技术创新与标准化水平、系统耦合协调度整体呈上升趋势,两者耦合协调发展阶段也由初始的严重失调演变为中度协调发展,两大系统之间的耦合协调关系呈动态发展。研究结果为我国国家技术标准创新基地建设的高质量发展、技术创新与标准化的耦合协同发展提出政策建议。
By constructing a coupling synergy model between the two systems of technological innovation and standardization,the degree of coupling and coupling coordination between China’s technological innovation and standardization from 2006 to 2015 are measured.Theresults show that the level of technical innovation and standardization,and the degree of system coupling and coordination are on the rise,and the development stage of the coupling and coordination between the two systems is also evolving from the initial serious imbalanceto moderate coordination,and the coupling and coordination between the two systems is developing dynamically.The research results provide policy recommendations for the high-quality development of China’s national technology standard innovation base construction,and the coordinated development of technological innovation and standardization.
