摘要
采用不同混纺比的大麻/锦纶混纺纱进行针织物开发,并测试其透气透湿性、耐磨性、柔软性及抗皱性。结果表明:大麻/锦纶50/50混纺针织物的综合服用性能较优,透气率为1 368 mm/s,透湿率为310.07 g/(m^2·h),耐磨指数为806.5次/mg,横向抗弯刚度为0.47 mN·cm,纵向抗弯刚度为2.89 mN·cm,急折皱回复角为104°,缓折皱回复角为114.4°;与纯大麻针织物相比,混纺织物耐磨性提高184%,柔软性提高约27%,抗皱性提高约121%,而透气性降低27%,透湿性降低4%。
The hemp/nylon blended yarn spun by different blending ratio is used to develop knitted fabrics,and its air permeability,moisture permeability,wear resistance,softness and wrinkle resistance are tested.The results show that the comprehensive wear properties of hemp/nylon 50/50 blend fabric are better.The air permeability is 1368 mm/s,the moisture permeability is 310.07 g/m^2·h,the wear resistance index is 806.5 times/mg,the transverse bending rigidity is 0.47 mN·cm,the longitudinal bending rigidity is 2.89 mN·cm,the crease recovery angle is 104°and the crease recovery angle is 114.4°.Compared with the pure hemp knitted fabric,the wearability,softness and crease resistance of the fabric are increased by 184%,27%and 121%,respectively,while the air permeability and moisture permeability decreased by 27%and 4%,respectively.
