摘要
“互联网+督查”是我国近年来正在发展和创新的项目之一,其主导思想是利用互联网的方式对我国现有事务的督查形式进行改革,用更便捷的方式让广大普通民众参与国家大型事务监督管理。本文通过对现行体育赛事监管体系的分析,找出当下管理模式存在的弊端,提出构建“互联网+督查”的新型管理模式,为此,提出以下四点建议:(1)开设体育赛事监管专用的“互联网+督查”网页;(2)多层次、宽领域地宣传体育赛事中“互联网+督查”新体系的功能与价值;(3)明确普通民众在构建“互联网+督查”新机制中的主体责任;(4)强化政府的引导作用。
“Internet+Supervision”is one of the projects that China is developing and innovating in recent years.Its main idea is to use the Internet to reform the supervision of existing affairs in China and to make the general public more convenient.Participate in the supervision and management of large-scale national affairs.Through the analysis of the current sports competition supervision system,this paper finds out the shortcomings of the current management mode and proposes a new management mode of“Internet+supervision”.To this end,the following four suggestions are proposed:(1)Specialized for the establishment of sports events supervision“Internet+Supervision”webpage;(2)Multi-level,wide-area publicity of the functions and values of the new“Internet+Supervision”system in sports events;(3)Clarify that ordinary people are constructing“Internet+Supervision”new The main responsibility of the mechanism;(4)strengthen the guiding role of the government.
