摘要 作为炼铁能量的主要来源,如何保证高效稳定地提供高风温,是热风炉设计考虑的重点。相较外燃式热风炉和内燃式热风炉,顶燃式热风炉具有占地面积小、投资少、耐材受热均匀等特点,是大型高炉热风炉设计的主流方向。介绍了顶燃式热风炉在某钢厂1780 m^3高炉的应用情况,并对热风炉的设计特点及基本操作进行了详细阐述。实际生产经验证明,热风炉系统结构设计合理,耐材的选择能够适应长期高温的工况,系统运行稳定可靠,在两烧一送的工作制度下,具有为1780 m^3高炉持续提供1200℃以上风温的能力。 As the main source of iron-making energy,how to ensure the efficient and stable supply of high air temperature is the focus of hot blast stove design.Compared with the external combustion hot blast stove and the internal combustion hot blast stove,the top combustion hot blast stove has the characteristics of small floor area,less investment and uniform heating of refractory materials,which is the mainstream direction of the design of large blast furnace hot blast stove.The application of top burning hot blast stove in 1780 m^3 blast furnace of a steel plant is introduced,and its design features and basic operation are described in detail.The practical production experience has proved that the structure design of hot blast stove system is reasonable,the refractory selection can adapt to long-term high-temperature working condition,and the system operates stably and reliably.Under the working system of"two burning and one feeding",it has the ability to continuously provide air temperature above 1200℃for 1780 m^3 blast furnace.
