摘要
对影响铅酸蓄电池低温性能的因素进行分析,通过调整电解液添加剂配方及配比进行试验。实验结果表明:聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA)、单宁、硫酸亚锡和亚硫酸锂等添加剂的加入可抑制负极铅枝晶的增长、防止铅枝晶短路,对降低极板硫酸盐化、提高蓄电池低温性能及充电接受能力等方面有显著影响。
According to the influence factors of the low temperature performance,the paper carried out experimental research of the battery by adjusting electrolyte additives.The experimental results showed that the addition of additives such as polyepoxysuccinic acid(PESA),tannin,tin sulfate and lithium sulfite can inhibit the growth of lead dendrite in the negative electrode,prevent the short circuit of lead dendrite,and it has a significant effect on decreasing plate sulfate,improving low temperature performance and charging capacity of battery,etc.
