摘要
环境设计作为一种职业能力,建立设计师能力评价体系十分必要。以冰山模型为理论基础,构建环境设计师的能力结构体系,并对广东地区相关企业开展人才能力需求调查。对能力结构体系进行权重确定,为高校、大学生以及用人单位等多方实现环境设计师的能力提升提供参考。
Environmental design requires professional ability.It is very necessary to establish a capability evaluation system for environmental designers.Taking iceberg quality model as the theoretical basis,a capability evaluation system for environmental designers was established and a survey on enterprises’demands of talent capability was carried out in Guangdong,with a view to determine the weight of capability structure system.Lastly,suggestions on improving the ability of environmental designers from several aspects of universities,college students and employers to achieve a winwin situation were proposed.
