摘要 食物过敏正在迅速发展成为全球性健康问题。食物过敏反应是由无害食物特异性的Th2反应引起,导致Ig E介导的肥大细胞脱颗粒和相关的发炎反应。食物过敏小鼠模型有助于对人类食物过敏病理学、生理学及新型治疗策略的研究。食物过敏小鼠模型分为依赖佐剂模型、无佐剂模型、基因工程模型和人源化模型。然而,尚无小鼠模型能重现人类食物过敏完整的病理学特征,使用特定的食物过敏小鼠模型来解决特定食物过敏研究问题至关重要。本文结合国内外研究文献,对近20年不同食物过敏小鼠模型的制备方法及优缺点的研究进展做一综述,为食物过敏机制研究及开发新型治疗策略提供参考及科学基础。 Food allergies are rapidly becoming a global health problem. Food allergic reactions are caused by Th2 responses to harmless foods,leading to Ig E-mediated mast cell degranulation and related inflammatory responses. Food allergy murine models are helpful for studying the pathology,physiology and new treatment strategies for human food allergies. These models can be divided into adjuvant-dependent,adjuvant-free,genetic-engineered and humanized mouse models. However,no animal models can reproduce the entire range of human pathological features;therefore,specific mouse models of food allergies must be used to address specific food allergy research issues. This article summarizes the literature,research progress on modeling method,and advantages and disadvantages of different murine models of food allergies over the last 20 years and provides a reference and scientific basis for researching food allergy mechanisms and developing new treatment method.
