摘要
目的分析探讨apoA-I(载脂蛋白A-I)糖基化水平与冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉[(冠脉)介入,PCI]术后血运重建的关系。方法100例成功进行PCI的患者,依据冠脉造影(CAG)分为对照组(80例)和观察组(20例)。对照组不需要再次行PCI治疗,观察组需要再次行PCI治疗。比较两组患者糖基化载脂蛋白A-I(Gly-apoA-I)水平,探讨影响冠脉血运重建的因素。结果PCI术后,患者的高脂血症、DM、Gly-apoA-I与血运重建呈正相关(P<0.05),apoA-I与血运重建呈负相关(P<0.05);高脂血症、糖尿病(DM)、Gly-apoA-I为危险因素,apoA-I为保护因素(r=1.231、1.192、1.508、-0.175,P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者PCI术后再次冠脉血运重建与血脂控制差、合并DM、apo A-I糖基化水平高等因素有关,apo A-I为保护因素,Gly-apoA-I可作PCI术后血运重建预测性指标,因此PCI术后应注意血脂、血糖的管理,调整饮食习惯。
Objective To analyze the correlation between the glycosylation level of apolipoprotein A-I(apoA-I)and the revascularization after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 100 patients who successfully underwent PCI were divided into control group(80 cases,no need to PCI again)and observation group(20 cases,need to PCI again)according to CAG.The levels of Glycosylated-apolipoprotein A-I(Gly-apoA-I)of the two groups was compared,and the influencing factors of coronary-artery revascularization was discussed.Results After PCI,hyperlipidemia,diabetes mellitus(DM)Gly-apoA-I were positively correlated with revascularization(P<0.05),apoA-I was negatively correlated with revascularization(P<0.05);hyperlipidemia,DM,Gly-apoA-I were risk factors,apoA-I was protective factors(r=1.231,1.192,1.508,-0.175,P<0.05).Conclusion The poor blood lipid control,DM and apolipoprotein A-I glycosylation after PCI are more likely to lead to coronary-artery revascularization.apoA-I is a protective factor of coronary artery revascularization.Gly-apoA-I can be used as a predictive index of blood revascularization after PCI.Therefore,the management of blood lipid and blood glucose should be paid attention to and the diet habit should be adjusted.
