生态修复再生混凝土抗冻性能试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 生态修复再生混凝土是利用再生骨料制备的用于水中生物生态环境修复的一种大孔混凝土,具有节约资源和保护环境的双重意义。利用再生粗骨料分别制备孔隙率为15%,20%,25%的生态修复再生混凝土试件,并利用改进的快冻法对生态修复再生混凝土的抗冻性能进行研究,分析不同胶凝材料用量和孔隙率对生态修复再生混凝土抗冻性能的影响。研究结果表明:在快速冻融循环条件下,生态修复再生混凝土的抗冻性随着胶凝材料用量增加而增加,随着孔隙率增大而减小;当胶凝材料用量为300~400kg/m3,孔隙率小于25%时,生态修复再生混凝土抗冻性能满足50次冻融循环要求;胶凝材料用量达到400kg/m3,孔隙率不大于15%时,生态修复再生混凝土的抗冻性可满足75次冻融循环要求。 Ecological restoration regenerated concrete is a kind of macro-porous concrete which is used in the restoration of biological environment in water by using recycled coarse aggregates.It has the double meaning of saving resources and protecting the environment.The regenerated coarse aggregates were used to make ecological restoration regenerated concrete specimen with porosity 15%,20%,and 25%respectively,and the improved quick-freezing method was used to study the anti-freezing performance of ecological restoration regenerated concrete.The influence of different amount of cementing material and porosity on the anti-freezing performance of ecological restoration regenerated concrete was analyzed.The research results show that under the conditions of rapid freeze-thaw cycles,the anti-freezing performance of ecological restoration regenerated concrete increases with the increase of the amount of cementing material and decreases with the increase of the porosity.When the amount of cementing material is 300~400kg/m3 and the porosity is not more than 25%,the anti-freezing performance of ecological restoration regenerated concrete can meet the requirements of 50 times freeze-thaw cycles;when the amount of cementing material reaches 400kg/m3 and the porosity is not more than 15%,the anti-freezing performance of ecological restoration regenerated concrete can meet the requirements of 75 times freeze-thaw cycles.
