臭氧水协同超声波处理对小麦中DON降解效果的研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究臭氧水协同超声波处理对赤霉病小麦中DON降解效果的影响,采用不同协同方式对赤霉病小麦进行处理,并筛选出臭氧水和超声波协同的最佳方式.随后在最佳联合方式下进行单因素和正交实验来探讨臭氧水浓度、超声振幅和处理时间对赤霉病小麦籽粒中DON降解效果的影响.结果表明:臭氧水和超声波最佳联合处理方式为T5,即先超声波处理5 min再臭氧水处理5 min,此时赤霉病小麦中DON降解率最高(46.99%).经单因素和正交实验得出,在此联合方式下臭氧水浓度为58.32 mg/L,超声振幅为60%,处理时间比为9∶1时赤霉病小麦中DON降解率最高(51.02%). In order to study the effects of ozone water combined with ultrasonic treatment on the degradation of DON in scabbed wheat,different cooperative methods were adopted to treat scabbed wheat,and the best cooperative method of ozone water and ultrasonic was selected.Subsequently,single factor and orthogonal experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of ozone water concentration,ultrasonic amplitude and treatment time on DON degradation in scabbed wheat grains under the optimal combination method.The results indicated that the best combined treatment of ozone water and ultrasonic was T5,which meant,ultrasonic treatment for 5 minutes first and then ozone water treatment for 5 minutes,at this time,the DON degradation rate was the highest(46.99%)in scabbed wheat.The results of single factor and orthogonal experiments indicated that under this combined method,the highest DON degradation rate(51.02%)was found in scabbed wheat when the concentration of ozone water was 58.32 mg/L,the ultrasonic amplitude was 60%,and the treatment time ratio was 9∶1.
