摘要
目的分析同步加量调强放射治疗食管鳞癌的临床疗效。方法回顾性研究2017年10月—2019年10月开封市肿瘤医院收治的104例食管鳞癌患者,以放疗方案不同分为两组(每组52例),参照组给予常规分割放射治疗,试验组给予同步加量调强放射治疗,对比两组临床疗效、血清肿瘤因子水平、不良反应情况。结果试验组临床总有效率(80.77%)显著比参照组(63.46%)高,试验组治疗后血清肿瘤标志物水平均显著比参照组低(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率(7.69%)与参照组(5.77%)比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论同步加量调强放射可有效缩小食管鳞癌患者肿瘤病灶,抑制血清肿瘤因子高表达,且不良反应较少。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of simultaneous modulated accelerated radiotherapy.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 104 patients with esophageal squamous Cell Carcinoma admitted to Kaifeng cancer hospital from October 2017 to October 2019.The patients were divided into two groups with 52 patients in each group,the patients in the control group were treated with conventional fractionated radiotherapy,and the patients in the test group were treated with simultaneous modulated accelerated radiotherapy.the clinical effect,serum tumor factor level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the test group was 80.77%higher than that of the control group(63.46%),and the level of serum tumor markers in the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group(7.69%vs 5.77%,P>0.05).Conclusion SMART can effectively reduce the tumor focus and inhibit the high expression of serum tumor factors in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,and the adverse reaction are less.
