客家年俗特色“大吉水”的精油提取和复配初探

摘要 客家除夕习俗里最具当地特色的“大吉水”是由橘子叶、柚子叶、柏树叶、番石榴叶、抹草、紫苏叶6种新鲜草药煲水而成,拥有沁人心脾的香气并有美好寓意,具有舒缓身心、抗炎驱虫等功效。用这6种天然香料提取和复配出有“大吉水”香气和疗效的精油,采用乙醇萃取法提取精油,然后使用6种草药的单方精油运用正交试验法复配。萃取时间为24 h和乙醇质量分数为95%是最佳工艺条件。最佳“大吉水”精油配方为橘子叶精油∶柚子叶精油∶番石榴叶精油∶复方辅料精油(抹草精油∶柏树叶精油∶紫苏叶精油=1∶1∶1)=10∶6∶2∶2。 “Daji Water”with the most local characteristics in Hakka new year’s eve custom is made of 6 kinds of fresh herbs including orange leaves,grapefruit leaves,cypress leaves,guava leaves,wipe grass,herba periliae boiled water,with refreshing aroma and good moral,soothing body and mind,anti-inflammatory insect repellent effect.The essential oil with the aroma and curative effect of“Daji Water”was extracted and mixed with these 6 kinds of natural spices.The essential oil was extracted by ethanol extraction,and then mixed with the single essential oils of 6 kinds of herbs by orthogonal test.Extraction of 24 h and 95%ethanol mass fraction are the best conditions.The best“Daji Water”essential oil formula is orange essential oil∶grapefruit essential oil∶guava leaf essence oil∶compound excipient essential oil(wipe grass essential oil∶cypress leaf essential oil∶herba periliae essential oil=1∶1∶1)=10∶6∶2∶2.
