SVK型压缩机运行点偏离问题案例分析

摘要 某公司采购的SVK型机组,在负荷投产过程中发现运行点距离防喘振线较近,并且发生了两次机组卸载情况,由于该机组在工艺流程中占有重要地位,机组频繁卸载对工艺流程影响十分巨大,直接可造成严重的经济损失。该文参考机组卸载时的运行数据并结合理论,针对上述问题进行探讨,分析问题原因,研究解决方案,验证解决效果,最终形成一套完整的案例分析,给后续该型机组再发生此类问题提供参考方案,尽量减少并杜绝此类问题的再次发生。 The SVK type unit purchased by a company was found to run close to the anti-surge line during the load production process,and two unit unloading situations occurred.As the unit occupies an important position in the process flow,frequent unloading of the unit has a huge impact on the process flow,which can directly cause serious economic losses.This paper reference during unloading operation data and combining with theory,aiming at the above problems were discussed.This paper analyzes the reasons for problems,research solutions,solve effects,ultimately forming a complete set of case analysis,to the follow-up of the aircrew to happen such problem to provide the reference solution,try to reduce and prevent such problems from happening again.
