摘要
目的探讨异维A酸胶囊联合红蓝光治疗丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1—12月在西部战区总医院皮肤科确诊的丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤患者70例,采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组35例。治疗组采用异维A酸胶囊联合红蓝光治疗,对照组仅采用异维A酸胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后皮损评分,观察两组的不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,而皮损评分低于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论异维A酸胶囊联合红蓝光治疗丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮可以明显提高患者治疗有效率。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of isotretinoin capsules combined red-blue light phototherapy in the treatment of Papulopustular Rosacea.Method 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups from January to December 2019.All patients were treated with isotretinoin capsules.The patients in the treated group were simultaneously given red-blue light phototherapy.Clinical efficacies and adverse reactions were evaluated after treatment.Result The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group,and after treatment,the lesion scores of the study group were lower than the reference group,the differences were all significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of isotretinoin capsules and red-blue light phototherapy can improve cure rate of patients.
