摘要
交流MIG焊可通过调节EP极性和EN极性的比例来控制焊缝熔深和焊丝熔化速度,有利于薄板焊接,但交流MIG焊在EP极性和EN极性变化时容易产生断弧。研究了一种维弧电路,在EP极性和EN极性变化时刻能输出很高的重引弧电压来帮助电弧重新引燃。可有效解决薄板高速焊接时的烧穿问题。
By adjusting the ratio of EP and EN,AC MIG welding can control the penetration and wire melting speed,so it is suitable for welding thin plates.But AC MIG welding is difficult to reignite the arc when EP and EN polarity change.This paper studies a circuit to maintain AC arc stability,when EP and EN polarity change,a high voltage is generated to help reignite the arc.It can effectively solve the burn-through problem during high-speed welding of thin plates.
