摘要
目的探讨健脾补肾方联合鲑降钙素注射液治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法选取佛山市禅城区人民医院中医科2018年10月至2019年10月收治的108例原发性骨质疏松症患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同分为联合组和对照组,每组54例。对照组采取鲑降钙素治疗,联合组在此基础上联合健脾补肾方治疗,对比2组患者临床治疗效果。结果联合组总有效率94.44%高于对照组79.63%,比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.252,P=0.022)。经过治疗,联合组中医症状积分水平低于对照组(t=5.765,P=0.000)。联合组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(t=4.105,P=0.000)。联合组腰椎1-4骨密度水平高于对照组(t=3.925,P=0.000)。结论健脾补肾方联合鲑降钙素注射液治疗原发性骨质疏松症,可有效缓解患者临床症状,改善患者疼痛,提升患者骨密度水平。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jianpi Bushen decoction combined with salmon calcitonin injection in the treatment of primary osteoporosis.Methods A total of 108 patients with primary osteoporosis who were treated in the Department of traditional Chinese medicine of Chancheng District People's Hospital of Foshan City from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into combination group and control group according to different treatment schemes,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with salmon calcitonin,and the combined group was treated with Jianpi Bushen Recipe on the basis of the treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 94.44%,which was higher than that of the control group 79.63%(χ^2=5.252,P=0.022).After treatment,the TCM symptom score of the combination group was lower than that of the control group(t=5.765,P=0.000).The VAS score of the combination group was lower than that of the control group(t=4.105,P=0.000).The BMD level of lumbar 1-4 in the combination group was higher than that in the control group(t=3.925,P=0.000).Conclusion Jianpi Bushen decoction combined with salmon calcitonin injection in the treatment of primary osteoporosis can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the pain and improve the bone mineral density of patients.
