基于扎根理论和结构方程的残疾大学生心理资本结构研究 被引量:5

Research on the Psychological Capital Structure of Disabled Students in Colleges and Universities Based on Grounded Theory and Structural Equation

摘要 近年来心理资本作为揭示个体行为与绩效的重要理论,广泛应用于大学生群体。然而由于残疾大学生身体和心理的特殊性,心理资本理论在残疾大学生群体中的应用较为少见。为了探明残疾大学生心理资本的结构维度,基于残疾大学生的特殊心理特点,首先通过深度访谈收集资料,运用扎根理论构建残疾大学生心理资本的理论结构,然后编制残疾大学生心理资本测量问卷,通过153份问卷的小样本试测和451份问卷的大样本施测,运用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析验证残疾大学生心理资本结构。研究表明,残疾大学生心理资本由自我接纳、希望、乐观和韧性四个因子构成;其中自我接纳因子包括对自身残疾情况和能力的认知与接纳,体现了残疾大学生特有的积极心理状态。研究结果为高等教育院校和特殊教育院校准确掌握和优化残疾大学生心理资本水平,进而提升残疾大学生行为绩效具有重要的理论与实践价值。 Psychological capital, as an important theory to reveal individual behavior and performance, has been widely discussed on students in colleges and universities in recent years. However, due to the physical and psychological particularity of disabled students in colleges and universities, psychological capital theory is rarely used in researches on this group. In order to explore for the structural dimension of psychological capital of disabled students in colleges and universities, in terms of their special psychological characteristics, the paper, firstly, collects data via in-depth interviews and constructs a theoretical structure for psychological capital of disabled students in colleges and universities with grounded theory. Then, the paper makes a questionnaire for measuring psychological capital of disabled students in colleges and universities and tests their psychological capital structure with exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis by a small sample test with 153 questionnaires and a large sample test with 451 questionnaires. The study shows the psychological capital of disabled students in colleges and universities is composed of such four factors as self-acceptance, hope, optimism and toughness. Self-acceptance includes the acceptance of the physical disability and capacity, which reflects such students’ particular positive psychological state. The research conclusion is of great theoretical and practical value for colleges and universities to grasp and improve the psychological capital of disabled students in colleges and universities, and to promote their behavioral performance.
