摘要
城市关键公共基础设施运行预警与多目标智能决策是智慧城市的重要研究方向。从设施运行监测到多目标决策都受到时空信息精准性的影响。及时预警和决策是优化基础设施管理维护和提高城市安全风险防控的重要手段。国内外学者对此类问题开展了大量的研究,积累了丰富的研究成果。因此回顾了设施本体形变的时空演化规律及设施运行预警建模方法的研究成果,对智能决策及多目标优化方面的研究进行了梳理。总结了目前研究存在的开放性问题、发展趋势和研究重点,能够为基于精准时空信息的城市关键公共基础设施运行预警决策提供支撑。
The early-warning and intelligent multi-objective decision-making of urban critical public infrastructure are two important components affect the operation monitoring of facilities and the multi-objective decision making.Timely early-warning and optimized decision-making are very important for infrastructure management and maintenance and help improve the abilities of risk prevention and management.A large volume of research have been carried out and fruitful results can be found.This article reviews the progress in spatiotemporal deformation of the facility ontology and the early-warning modeling of the facility operation.Then research on intelligent decision-making and multi-objective optimization of urban public infrastructure are briefly introduced.Finally,the limitations,trends and suggestions are given.This article sheds new lights on the early-warning and decision-making of critical public infrastructure based on accurate spatiotemporal information.
