安徽省长江崩岸应急治理工程效果分析及建议 被引量:16

摘要 为分析安徽省长江崩岸应急治理工程效果,结合实测资料评价了近年长江安徽段崩岸应急治理工程区河岸稳定性;采用水域物探法检测了水下抛石赋存及分布状况;对比了工程实施前后崩岸预警等级的变化情况等。结果表明:安徽省长江崩岸应急治理工程实施效果较好,工程区河岸稳定,有效地减小了崩岸对沿岸人民生命财产安全的威胁,达到了稳定岸线、增强防洪能力等预期目标,为长江安徽段后续河道治理工程实施创造了有利条件。根据河势演变趋势及崩岸对河势稳定和防洪安全的影响,提出了应适时加固冲刷严重的护岸区,加快推进重点河段治理以及开展一般河段治理研究的建议。 In order to analyze the effect of the bank collapse emergency treatment project in Anhui section of the Yangtze River,in this paper,we evaluated the bank stability of the project area in recent years by the measured data.Also,the occurrence and distribution of underwater riprap were detected by the water geophysical prospecting method.Besides,the change of the bank collapse warning level before and after project implementation was compared.The results showed that the project has preliminary solved the recent bank collapse problems in the reach and river bank in the project range was stable.The bank collapse emergency treatment project effectively reduced the threat of bank collapse to the life and property of the people along the reach and achieved the expected objectives of bank line stabilization and flood control capacity enhancement.Furthermore,the project provides favorable conditions to implementation of the follow-up river regulation.According to river evolution trend and effect of bank collapse on river regime stability and flood control,we suggested that the revetment area with serious scouring should be strengthened in time,and treatment for key river sections should be carried and treatment necessity of ordinary sections should be further studied.
