摘要
为了更好地对搬运机器人的综合性能进行评价,通过将灰色关联度理论引入模糊综合评价法之中,提出了一种基于改进的灰色关联度理论的工业机器人性能模糊综合评价方案。首先,利用改进的灰色关联度理论糅合对评价指标的打分来确定评价指标权重;然后,利用改进的灰色关联度理论结合评价指标的试验数据来确定评价指标的隶属度,增强了模糊综合评价方法的客观性,使得评价结果更加贴合实际;最后,筛选出6个工业机器人评价指标,并对5款来自不同厂家同规格的搬运机器人进行了综合评价,评价结果得到了业内专家的赞同,符合实际情况。
In order to better evaluate the comprehensive performance of handling robot, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation scheme of industrial robot performance based on the improved grey correlation degree theory is proposed by introducing the grey correlation theory into the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Firstly, the weight of evaluation index is determined by using the improved grey correlation degree theory and the scoring of evaluation index. Then, the membership of the evaluation index is determined by using the improved grey correlation theory and the test data, which enhances the objectivity of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and makes the evaluation results more practical. Finally, six industrial robot evaluation indexes are selected, and five kinds of handling robots of same specifications from different manufacturers are comprehensively evaluated. The evaluation results are approved by industry experts and accord with the actual situation.
