摘要
目的研究以解剖性肝切除为基础的精准肝切除治疗肝胆恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法选取本院2015年5月至2019年8收治的肝胆恶性肿瘤患者44例作为研究对象,所有患者均采用肝切除手术治疗,根据切除手术不同分为两组,每组22例。对照组采用常规性肝切除,观察组采用解剖性肝切除为基础的精准肝切除,比较两组患者治疗效果、手术指标以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗有效率为90.91%,高于对照组的63.64%(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为9.21%,低于对照组的40.91%(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间长于对照组,术中出血量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以解剖性肝切除为基础的精准肝切除治疗肝胆恶性肿瘤临床效果显著,可有效提高患者疾病的恢复情况。
Objective To study the clinical observation of precise hepatectomy based on anatomical hepatectomy for hepatobiliary malignant tumors.Methods 44 patients with hepatobiliary malignant tumors admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to August 2019 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were treated with hepatectomy and they were divided into two groups according to different resection operations,with 22 cases in each group.The control group used routine hepatectomy,and the observation group used anatomical hepatectomy-based precise hepatectomy.The treatment effects,surgical indicators,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.91%,which was higher than 63.64%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.21%,which was lower than 40.91%in the control group(P<0.05).The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Accurate hepatectomy based on anatomical hepatectomy is effective in the treatment of hepatobiliary malignant tumors,which can effectively improve the recovery of patients’disease.
