摘要
针对单一约束条件的调度模式严重影响海上风电并网效率的实际问题,进行了多约束条件下的海上风电融合调度模式研究。基于混合离散Petri网理论,建立能够反映海上风电复杂多变性特点的融合调度流程;基于成本最小化理论,构建考虑多约束条件的海上风电融合调度模型,使之更贴近海上风电复杂多变的实际情况,得到不同置信区间的海上风电输出功率与发电量之间的内在联系,为企业长足发展提出系列调度运行机制。最后通过实证分析,验证了所构建融合调度模型的有效性和经济性。
For the practical problem that the grid-connected efficiency of offshore wind power has been seriously affected by the single-constraint scheduling model,the fusion scheduling model of offshore wind power with multi-constraints is investigated in this study.Firstly,a fusion scheduling process which can fully reveal the complex and volatile characteristics of offshore wind power is established using hybrid discrete Petri net theory.On this basis,a fusion scheduling model of offshore wind power with multi-constraints is constructed using the criterion of cost minimization,making it accord with the complex and volatile actual situation through continuous parameter adjustment.Finally,the inner connection between output power and electric energy production capacity in different confidence intervals is obtained,and a series of operational mechanisms which are conducive to the long-term development of enterprises are proposed accordingly.The empirical analysis indicates that the established fusion scheduling model has good effects of usefulness and economy.
