摘要
通过分析3 MW永磁直驱风电机组发热原理及冷却需求,采用一种风电机组水冷装置——冷却水套,对其进行冷却。利用ANSYS软件对该冷却水套进行温度场有限元仿真分析。仿真分析结果显示:该冷却水套对大功率永磁直驱风电机组冷却效果明显,经冷却水套冷却后电机定子最高温度为93.67℃,小于3 MW直驱永磁风电机组一般允许运行最高温度,满足机组冷却需求,对实践生产有一定指导意义。该冷却系统结构简单、制造方便,适合大功率永磁直驱风电机组配套使用。
By analyzing the heating principle and cooling demands of 3 MW PDM wind turbine,a kind of water cooling device of wind turbine-cooling jacket is devised to cool it,and the temperature field of the cooling water jacket is simulated by the ANSYS software.The simulation results show that the cooling water jacket has an obvious cooling effect on the high-power permanent magnet direct drive wind turbine.After cooling with the cooling water jacket,the maximum temperature of the motor stator is 93.67℃,which is less than the maximum allowable operating temperature of 3 MW direct drive permanent magnet wind turbine,meeting the cooling demands of the units.It has certain guiding significance for practical production.Moreover,the cooling system is simple in structure and convenient in manufacturing,which is suitable for the matching use of high-power permanent magnet direct drive wind turbine.
