摘要
为了实现在线实时测量螺栓的目的,以机器视觉软件Sherlock为平台,采用图像对准、图像预处理、图像检测算法以及尺寸标定方法实现对螺栓的非接触精密测量。实验结果表明,基于Sherlock的螺栓几何尺寸测量系统能够检测螺栓总长度、头部直径、内径、外径、螺距和牙高,且测量精度可达到0.03 mm。该系统具有精确度高、实时性好、成本低和非接触等优点,应用前景良好。
In order to achieve the purpose of measuring bolts online in real time,this paper uses machine vision software Sherlock as the platform and adopts image alignment,image preprocessing,image detection algorithm and size calibration method to achieve non-contact precision measurement of bolts.The experimental results show that the Sherlock-based bolt geometry measurement system can detect the total bolt length,head diameter,inner diameter,outer diameter,pitch and tooth height,and the measurement accuracy can reach 0.03 mm.The system has the advantages of high precision,good real-time performance,low cost,non-contact and so on.The system has a good application prospect.
