基于漏磁检测的电梯钢丝绳断丝检测实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 电梯改善了人们的生活质量,让我们出行更便利,同时也存在很多问题。过度使用电梯会导致电梯钢丝绳出现一定的损害,严重的会导致钢丝绳断裂,威胁人们的生命财产安全,对电梯钢丝绳的安全检测十分重要。本文研究钢丝绳检测技术,以漏磁检测为技术基础,通过观察磁通量变化,从而检测钢丝绳是否有损伤,减少钢丝绳断裂带来的风险。漏磁检测与传统目测检查法相比,增强了钢丝绳检测的准确性,节省了人力物力开支,推动了社会的经济发展。 Elevators improve people’s quality of life and make our travel more convenient,but there are also many problems.Excessive use of elevator wire rope will lead to a certain damage,serious wire rope will lead to break,and it threaten people’s lives and property safety.The safety detection of elevator wire rope is very important.The testing technology of wire rope is studied in this paper.Based on magnetic flux leakage testing,observing the change of magnetic flux,it can detect whether the wire rope is damaged and reduce the risk of wire rope breaking.Compared with the traditional visual inspection method,magnetic flux leakage inspection enhances the accuracy of wire rope inspection,saves manpower and material resources,and promotes the economic development of society.
