摘要
通过构建城市首位度评价指标体系,利用二城市指数研究郑州市发展现状,并提出提升对策。研究发现:郑州市人口首位度逐渐增强,但仍处于低首位度状态;经济首位度与产业首位度变化趋势在研究期间呈倒U形,并且最高值接近中首位度临界值;社会环境首位度与公共服务首位度居于低水平,没有表现出明显的首位特征,与郑州市中心城市地位不符;城市发展功能首位度呈波动下降,总体上处于低首位度状态。针对现有发展困境,从增强人口吸引力、发展首位产业及龙头企业、改善城市环境、增强交通枢纽功能、推进都市区建设方面提出改善郑州城市发展现状的政策建议。
Through the construction of the primacy ratio evaluation index system,this paper uses a two-city index to study the development of Zhengzhou,and puts forward some promoting strategies.Results shows that the population primacy ration of Zhengzhou gradually increased during the study period,but was still low.The change trend of economic and industrial primacy rations showed an inverted u-shaped,and the highest value was close to the critical value of medium level.The primacy ratios of social environment and public service were at a low level,which is inconsistent with the status of Zhengzhou.The primacy ratio of urban development function fluctuated and declined,and was generally in a low state.In view of the current development difficulties,this author puts forward some policy suggestions to improve Zhengzhou’s urban primacy ratio from the aspects of improving population attraction,developing primary industries and leading enterprises,improving urban environment,enhancing the function of transportation hubs,and promoting the construction of urban areas.
