摘要
在经济全球化的背景下,经济社会发展需要大批熟悉国际标准、具有国际意识、了解国际规则,具备国际沟通能力、掌握运用专业技能的一线劳动者。中等职业教育作为培养一线劳动者的重要教育类型,加快推进中职教育国际化势在必行。沈阳市近年来不断探索深化中等职业教育国际合作,通过引进德国“双元制”模式并加以本土化,形成“宝马实验班”、“新松机器人班”等典型案例,在校企合作、联合办学、师资队伍建设、教育教学管理和国际合作政策等方面探索出一条适应沈阳市中等职业教育特点的国际化发展策略。
Large quantities of front-line labors with knowledge of international standards,international awareness,international rules,international communicative competence and professional skills are needed by social economic development in the age of economic globalization.As one of the most important providers of front-line workers,secondary vocational education has to accelerate its own pace of internationalization.Taking Shenyang for instance,a strategy of internationalized development for secondary vocational education catering to the city's own uniqueness has been formulated integrating the policies related to school-enterprise cooperation,cooperation in school-running,teaching resource construction,educational and teaching management and international collaboration through continuous efforts made in international cooperation.The cases like“BMW Experimental Class”and“Siasun Robot Class”are just typical successes made in the internationalization of Shenyang's secondary vocational education by localizing the dual system of German counterpart.
