摘要
目的探究错配修复蛋白hMSH6、hMLH1和VEGF蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达及与预后的相关性。方法选取2017年12月至2018年12月收治的100例结直肠癌手术患者作为研究对象,收集癌灶组织以及癌灶旁正常组织后采用免疫组化法检测MSH6、MLH1与VEGF蛋白表达情况,分析其与临床病理特征的相关性。结果结直肠癌组的h MLH1和hMSH6缺失率高于正常结直肠组(P<0.05);结直肠癌组的VEGF阳性表达率高于正常结直肠组(P<0.05);hMSH6、hMLH1的缺失率和VEGF阳性率在不同肿瘤直径、分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴有无转移和发生远处转移间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);hMLH1缺失率与VEGF阳性率,hMSH6缺失率与VEGF阳性率均呈正相关(r=0.489、0.497,P=0.018、0.021)。结论错配修复蛋白MSH6、MLH1和VEGF表达与结直肠癌的临床病理特征相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of mismatch repair proteins hMSH6,hMLH1 and VEGF in colorectal cancer tissues and their correlation with prognosis.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research object.After cancer tissues and normal tissues near the cancer focus were collected,the expression of MSH6,MLH1 and VEGF protein was detected by immunohistochemistry.Its correlation with clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results The loss rate of hMLH1 and hMSH6 in colorectal cancer group was higher than that in normal colorectal group(P<0.05),and the positive rate of VEGF expression in colorectal cancer group was higher than that in normal colorectal group(P<0.05).The difference between the loss rate of hMSH6 and hMLH1 and the positive rate of VEGF was statistically significant in tumor diameter,degree of differentiation,TNM stage,lymphatic metastasis and distant metastasis(P<0.05).HMLH1 deletion rate and VEGF positive rate,hMSH6 deletion rate and VEGF positive rate were both positively correlated(r=0.489,0.497,P=0.018,0.021).Conclusion The expressions of mismatch repair proteins MSH6,MLH1 and VEGF are significantly correlated with the clinic pathological characteristics of colorectal cancer.
