摘要
为优化加工中心床身动态特性,提出一种基于元结构特征变量分析的优化方法。根据元结构理论将床身分解为能体现其动态特性的单元格结构,基于有限元模态分析法,探究了元结构特征变量对其前六阶固有频率的影响,在此基础上对元结构特征变量进行优化。以元结构优化结果为依据,提出相应床身的优化方案,并对结构优化前后的床身进行有限元分析,对比分析结果,确定方法的可行性。研究结果表明该方法可以有效控制机床的性能指标,为床身等基础部件的结构优化提供了可行的思路和方法。
In order to optimize the dynamic characteristics of machining center bed,an optimization method based on the analysis of structural feature variables is proposed.According to the meta-structure theory,the bed is decomposed into the cell structure which has the dynamic characteristics.Based on the finite element modal analysis method,the influence of the feature variable of meta-structure on its first six natural frequencies is explored,and the meta-structure feature variables are optimized.Based on the results of the meta-structure optimization,the corresponding bed optimization schemes are proposed,the bed before and after the structural optimization is analyzed by finite element method,and the feasibility of the method is determined by comparing the analysis results.The research results show that this method can effectively control the performance index of machine tool,and provide a feasible idea and method for the structural optimization of the bed and other basic components.
