摘要
云南某低品位铜矿是玄武岩单铜硫化矿。根据该矿石性质及结合生产实际,通过工艺流程优化,碎矿效率提高8%左右;一段、二段分级作业效率均得到明显改善,磨矿细度由原来接近80%下降至70%左右,水力旋流器分级效率增加,一段磨矿作业返砂比由199.17%下降至94.62%,二段磨矿作业返砂比由250.04%下降至168.64%,磨矿负荷大幅降低,更有利于加大原矿处理量;采用一粗一精两扫的优先浮选生产工艺,生产获得铜品位19.25%、回收率85.27%的铜精矿,与优化前相比,铜、金、银回收率分别提高3.30%、8.67%和12.53%,药剂成本降低0.13元/t原矿;每年可增加经济效益926.59万元。
A low grade copper ore in Yunnan is a single copper sulfide ore of basalt.According to the properties of ore and production,the crushing efficiency is increased by about 8%by optimizing the process flow.Efficiency of both the first and second stage of grinding have been improved obviously,grinding fineness has been reduced from 80%to 70%and classification efficiency of hydrocyclone has been increased so that return sand ratio in the first stage of grinding has been reduced from 199.17%to 94.62%and in the second stage of grinding from 250.04%to 168.64%respectively.At the same time grinding load has been reduced greatly which is more conductive to increase the throughput of ore.A copper concentrate with Cu grade of 19.25%and Cu recovery of 85.27%was obtained by using the process of one rougher and one cleaner and two scavengers.Compared with the process which is not optimized,the recovery of Cu,Au and Ag is increased by 3.30%,8.67%and 12.53%respectively.The cost of reagent is reduced by 0.13 RMB per ton and economic benefit can be increased by 9.2659 million RMB annually.
