摘要
西北某汞锑矿尾矿库中堆存有大量的低品位汞锑尾矿,针对该尾矿中汞锑矿物嵌布粒度微细,且共生关系密切,汞锑品位低于综合回收边界品位,矿石性质复杂等特点,采用汞锑混浮—再磨脱药—汞锑分离的浮选工艺流程,研发应用新型锑矿混合浮选捕收剂A83,强化了低品位复杂汞锑资源的高效综合回收,应用混合精矿再磨脱药工艺,实现了低用量重铬酸钾条件下汞锑矿物的高效分离。在原矿(汞锑尾矿库尾矿)汞品位0.084%、锑品位0.21%的条件下,小型闭路浮选试验获得汞精矿中汞品位46.89%、汞回收率50.243%,锑中矿中锑品位15.01%、锑回收率47.17%的较好指标。
A large number of low-grade mercury-antimony tailing resources were piled up in a mercuryantimony tailing reservoir in northwest China.According to the characteristics of micro grain size,close symbiosis,lower grade of mercury-antimony than the comprehensive recovery boundary grade and complex ore properties,the flotation process of mercury-antimony bulk floating,regrinding and detoxification and mercury-antimony separation was applied,and a new type of mixed flotation collector A83 was developed and applied,which enhanced the efficient and comprehensive recovery of low-grade complex mercuryantimony resources,and realized the efficient separation of mercury-antimony mineral under the condition of low dosage of potassium dichromate by applying the mixed concentrate re-grinding and detoxification process Under the condition of raw ore(mercury-antimony tailings pond tailings)mercury grade 0.084%,antimony grade 0.21%,the small-scale closed-circuit flotation test obtained mercury grade 46.89% in mercury concentrate,mercury recovery 50.243%,antimony grade 15.01%and antimony recovery 47.17%.
