摘要
目的观察红外热成像技术观察刺络放血结合艾灸治疗腰背肌筋膜炎临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法60例患者随机分为刺络放血组(对照Ⅰ组)、艾灸组(对照Ⅱ组)及刺络放血结合艾灸组(治疗组)各20例。对各组患者治疗前后热成像的最高温度、最低温度、平均温度及温差进行统计分析,并比较各组患者视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分治疗前后改变情况、疼痛及炎症改善情况。结果各组治疗后VAS评分与治疗前比较均降低,且治疗组降低幅度更大(均P<0.05);各组治疗后最高温度、最低温度、平均温度、温差与治疗前比较均降低,且治疗组均优于对照Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(均P<0.05)。结论刺络放血结合艾灸可明显改善腰背肌筋膜炎症状,消除肌筋膜炎症,且优于单纯刺络放血法或艾灸法,红外热成像可作为研究腰背肌筋膜炎的客观敏感指标。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of blood-letting puncture combined with moxibustion on fasciitis of lumbodorsal muscles by infrared thermal imaging technology and to explore its mechanism.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into three groups:blood-letting puncture group(control groupⅠ),moxibustion group(control groupⅡ)and blood-letting puncture combined with moxibustion group(the treatment group),20 patients in each.The highest temperature,lowest temperature,average temperature and temperature difference of thermal imaging were statistically analyzed before and after treatment in three groups,and the changes of VAS score were compared to evaluate the improvement of pain and inflammation in three groups after treatment.Results:The VAS scores of the three groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the decrease in the treatment group was more significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,those of the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control groupⅠandⅡ(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Blood-letting puncture combined with moxibustion can significantly improve the symptoms of fasciitis of lumbodorsal muscles and eliminate myofascial inflammation,better than blood-letting puncture or moxibustion alone.Infrared thermography can be used as an objective and sensitive index for the study of fasciitis of lumbodorsal muscles.
