摘要
目的探讨静脉穿刺虚拟仿真系统在规培护士静脉留置针穿刺训练中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样的方法随机抽取我院2017年12月至2018年12月规培护士130名作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组66名和对照组64名,试验组采用静脉穿刺虚拟仿真系统进行留置针穿刺训练,对照组采用塑料手臂进行留置针穿刺训练。采用静脉留置针知识评估表、静脉留置针技能水平测试量表、视觉模拟评分、恐惧症状量表进行评价。结果两组规培护士静脉留置针知识的前测和后测得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组静脉留置针技能水平得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组规培护士自信心得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组胸闷、疼痛和胸部不适,手心出汗,心悸,烦躁,肌肉紧张和步态紧张方面恐惧症状发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论静脉穿刺虚拟仿真系统能有效提高规培护士静脉留置针穿刺技能,值得在临床中推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of venipuncture virtual simulation system in venous indwelling needle training for nurses who accepted normalized training.Methods To randomly select 130 nurses who accepted normalized training in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 as the study objects by using the convenience sampling method.and they were divided the test group into 66 and the control group 64 by using the random number table method.The test group used venipuncture virtual simulation system to perform indwelling needle puncture training,and the control group used plastic arm for indwelling needle puncture training.The evaluation was conducted by using the venous indwelling needle knowledge assessment form,the venous indwelling needle skill level test scale,the visual analog score,and the fear symptom scale.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the pre-test and post-test scores of the knowledge of intravenous indwelling needles between the nurses who accepted normalized training in the two groups(P>0.05).The venous indwelling needle skill level score in the test group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the self-confidence score between the nurses who accepted normalized training in the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction of teaching in the test group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of fear symptoms such as chest tightness,pain and chest discomfort,palm sweating,palpitations,irritability,muscle tension and gait tension in the test group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The virtual simulation system of venipuncture can effectively improve the puncture skills of venous indwelling needle training for the nurses who accepted normalized training,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
