摘要
目的探讨团体式自我肯定干预对精神分裂症患者自尊、病耻感的影响。方法选择2017年5月至2019年5月于我院治疗的精神分裂症患者80例为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规康复护理,观察组在此基础上采用团体式自我肯定干预,比较干预前后两组患者自卑感量表(FIS)、自尊量表(SES)以及精神疾病病耻感调查表(ISMI)评分。结果干预后观察组SES评分显著高于对照组,FIS评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组ISMI量表中社交回避、刻板印象认可、歧视经历、对抗病耻感、疏远以及总分均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论团体式自我肯定干预通过加强与人交流、正确应对歧视、增强自信心、感恩等训练,能够有效提升精神分裂症患者自尊水平,降低病耻感,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of group system self-affirmation intervention on self-esteem and stigma of patients with schizophrenia.Methods To select 80 cases of patients with schizophrenia treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group used conventional rehabilitation care,and the observation group used group system self-affirmation intervention on this basis to compare the feeling of inadequacy scale(FIS),self-esteem scale(SES)and internalized stigma of mental illness(ISMI)scores of the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the SES score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the FIS score was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of social avoidance,stereotype recognition,discrimination experience,stigma resistance,alienation,and total scores in the ISMI scale of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The group system self-affirmation intervention can effectively improve the self-esteem level and reduce the stigma of patients with schizophrenia by strengthening communication with others,correctly coping with discrimination,enhancing self-confidence,and gratitude.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
