摘要
试验研究了不同掺量的稻壳灰对高强混凝土的力学性能和耐久性所产生的效果。即:设计了5个配合比,分别掺量为占总胶凝材料质量分数的5%、10%、15%、20%和25%的稻壳灰,并对5组不同配合比的混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、吸水性能、抗冻融性能、抗氯离子渗透性能进行了相关试验。试验结果表明:当稻壳灰含量在20%以内,稻壳灰含量增加能提高高强混凝土的强度和弹性模量指标,但会降低其比重;随着稻壳灰含量的增加,高强混凝土的饱和吸水率逐渐降低;稻壳灰有利于提高高强混凝土的抗冻融能力和抗氯离子渗透能力。
In this study,the effects of rice husk ash on the mechanical properties and durability of high-strength concrete were experimental investigated.5 concrete mixture proportions were designed with rice husk ash of mass fraction 5,10,15,20 and 25%of the total cementitious materials.The compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,water absorption,freeze-thaw resistance and chloride penetration resistance of concrete were determined accordingly.The results revealed that:when the replacement ratio of rice husk ash was less than 20%,the increase of rice husk ash content improved the strengths and elastic modulus of the high-strength concrete,while reduced its specific gravity;with the increase replacement ratio of rice husk ash,the saturated water absorption rate of high-strength concrete decreased gradually;rice husk ash was beneficial to improve the freeze-thaw resistance and chloride penetration resistance of high-strength concrete.
