应用模糊控制的煤矿通风机节能控制装置研制 被引量:9

摘要 针对掘进工作面瓦斯突涌通风量滞后,掘进前期通风机电能效率低、风量大、煤尘严重,以及瓦斯排放“一风吹”问题,课题组研究了瓦斯浓度等变量与通风量的关系,设计了风量闭环和瓦斯闭环两个控制闭环。风量闭环采用定值闭环模糊控制方式,能够在低瓦斯浓度下优化通风量,解决了掘进初期风量过大,且随着掘进距离延长通风量变化问题。瓦斯闭环采用随动闭环模糊控制方式,解决因瓦斯变化;系统及时调整风量、稀释瓦斯,以防止瓦斯超限和瓦斯排放问题。对温度、CO2、粉尘浓度设计为通风量的开环控制,对风量实施限定性控制。采用变结构的模糊控制控制算法,用微控制器对输入变量进行分析运算,优化通风量,在符合《煤矿安全规程》条件下,对局部通风机进行变频节能控制,并进行风量调速控制。该装置可及时调节巷道有害气体浓度,减少了电能浪费,改善了煤矿掘进工人的工作环境。 In the coal mine,the quantity of ventilation might not catch up the gas inrush in driving face.The mechanical and electrical energy efficiency of ventilation is lower,the air volume is larger,coal dust is seriously much and air volume is unnecessarily constant in the early stage of driving.The research group studied the relationship between variables of gas concentration and ventilation volume,and designed two closed-loop control loops of air volume closed-loop and gas closed-loop.The air volume closed-loop adopts the fixed value closed-loop fuzzy control mode.This resolves the problem that under low gas concentration,the air ventilation volume is optimized to solve the problem that the air volume is too large at the initial stage of driving.And the ventilation volume changes with the extension of driving distance.The gas closed-loop adopts the follow-up closed-loop fuzzy control mode to solve the problem of timely adjusting the air volume and diluting the gas due to the gas change,so as to prevent the gas overrun and gas emission.The temperature,carbon dioxide and dust concentration are designed as the open-loop control of ventilation volume,and the air volume is limited.The variable structure fuzzy control algorithm is adopted,and the input variables are analyzed and calculated by the microcontroller.The ventilation volume is optimized,and the frequency conversion energy-saving control and air volume speed regulation control are carried out for the local ventilator under the condition of satisfying the coal mine safety regulations.The device can adjust the concentration of harmful gas in time.The electric energy waste is reduced,and the working environment of coal miners is improved.
