摘要
目的探讨金水宝胶囊联合左甲状腺素片治疗桥本甲状腺炎(HT)的效果及对过氧化物酶抗体和炎症因子的影响。方法选取2014年2月—2019年2月武警宁夏总队医院接收的HT患者80例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法,将其分为研究组(40例)、对照组(40例),其中对照组给予左甲状腺素片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合金水宝胶囊治疗,两组均治疗2个疗程。记录两组临床疗效、过氧化物酶抗体、甲状腺功能指标及炎症因子,观察两组治疗期间不良反应情况。结果治疗2个疗程后,研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺素(TSH)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2个疗程后两组TPOAb、TGAb、FT3、TSH、IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(均P<0.05);FT4水平高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论金水宝胶囊联合左甲状腺素片治疗HT,可有效改善过氧化物酶抗体和炎症因子水平,改善患者甲状腺功能,同时用药安全性较好,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Jinshuibao Capsules combined with Levothyroxine Tablets in the treatment of hashimoto thyroiditis(HT)and its effect on peroxidase antibody and inflammatory factors.Methods From February 2014 to February 2019,80 cases with HT patients who admitted to Ningxia Armed Police Corps Hospital were selected as study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the study group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases).The control group was treated with Levothyroxine Tablets,and the study group was treated with Jinshuibao Capsules on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for two courses.The clinical efficacy,peroxidase antibody,thyroid function indexes and inflammatory factors were recorded,and the adverse reactions during the treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of thyroid peroxidase antibodies(TPOAb),thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb),free iodine thyroid glycine(FT3)and free thyroxine(FT4),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),interleukin 6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),γinterferon(IFN-γ)before treatment(P>0.05).After two courses of treatment,the levels of TPOAb,TGAb,FT3,TSH,IL-6,TNF-αand IFN-γin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05);FT4 level in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group(all P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Jinshuibao Capsules combined with Levothyroxine Tablets can effectively improve the levels of peroxidase antibody and inflammatory factors,improve the thyroid function.At the same time,it has good safety and high clinical application value.
