摘要
目的了解护生在重症监护病房(ICU)实习前后职业认同现状,分析护生ICU实习前后职业认同影响因素,为提高护生职业认同度提供依据。方法采用整群抽样法,选取南京市第一医院2018—2019学年ICU实习的136名护生。分别于ICU实习前后采用职业认同量表对护生进行问卷调查,采用线性回归分析职业认同量表得分改变的影响因素。结果不同年龄、选择护理专业主要原因的护生职业认同改变评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护生实习计划是否合理、不同实习阶段、是否经历患者抢救、对ICU实习满意度、自身提高水平因素职业认同改变评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护生ICU实习前后对社会贡献意志、选择职业和成长多的自信和被社会所需而感到自豪维度得分及职业认同总分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。选择护理专业主要原因、不同实习阶段、实习计划是否合理、是否经历患者抢救、对ICU实习满意度及自身提高水平是影响护生ICU实习前后职业认同改变评分的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论ICU实习后护生职业认同度低于实习前,护理教育者和管理者应针对相关因素给予措施提高护生职业认同度。
Objective To explore the status of professional identity of nursing students before and after internship in the intensive care unit(ICU),to analyze the influencing factors of professional identity of nursing students before and after ICU internship,and to provide a basis for improving professional identity of nursing students.Methods Using cluster sampling method,a total of 136 nursing students who were internship in Nanjing First Hospital in 2018 to 2019 school year were selected.Before and after the ICU internship,the professional identity scales were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on nursing students,and the linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of the change in the professional identity scale score.Results The difference of different ages and the main reason for choosing nursing majors in scores of professional identity change among nursing students were statistically significant(P<0.05).Whether the internship plan for nursing students is reasonable,different internship stages,whether they have experienced patient rescue,the satisfaction with ICU internship and their own level improvement factors in scores of professional identity change among nursing students were statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing students before and after the ICU internship had statistically significant differences in scores of the self-confidence of the will to contribute to the society,the choice of career and growth,and the sense of pride required by the society and the total score of professional identity(P<0.05).The main reasons for choosing a nursing major,different internship stages,whether the internship plan is reasonable,whether to experience patient rescue,satisfaction with ICU internship,and self-improvement level were the main factors in scores of professional identity change among nursing students before and after ICU internship(P<0.05).Conclusion After ICU internship,the occupational recognition of nursing students is lower than that before internship.Nursing educators and managers should give measures to improve the occupational recognition of nursing students according to relevant factors.
