摘要 红外热成像技术具有对光热温度可视化、可实现对人体代谢功能动态观测的特性,在临床镇痛方面具有极大的应用优势。肌筋膜触发点是引起临床疼痛、运动功能障碍的常见原因,在发生肌筋膜触发点疼痛时,患者常伴有自主神经活动增强的现象,对局部的代谢和血液循环产生影响。以往对肌筋膜触发点的诊断和疗效评估以有技巧的手法触诊为主,随着红外热成像技术的快速发展,红外热成像技术被认为是一种可行的肌筋膜疼痛触发点准确定位和疗效评估的方法。该研究主要对红外热成像技术在肌筋膜触发点方面的应用进展进行综述。 Possessing the technical characteristics of visualization of photothermal temperature and dynamic observation of human metabolic function,the infrared thermal imaging technology has great advantages in clinical analgesic effect.Myofascial trigger point is a common cause of clinical pain and motor dysfunction.When myofascial trigger point is in pain,it is often accompanied by increased autonomic nerve activity,which has an impact on local metabolism and blood circulation.In the past,the diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of myofascial trigger points were mainly based on skillfully tactile palpation.With the rapid development of infrared thermal imaging technology,infrared thermal imaging technology is considered as a feasible method for accurate location and efficacy evaluation of myofascial pain trigger points.In this study,the application of infrared thermography in myofascial trigger points was reviewed.
