摘要
伴随技术的进步,传统管理将会迎来重大转变和巨大冲击。面对人工智能时代的来临,人工智能与企业管理的融合理应被列为一项积极探索的重大议题。当然,人工智能与企业管理的融合不是一蹴而就的,需要技术先行、组织破题以及制度构建等必要过程。与此同时,人工智能与企业管理的融合亦非完美无瑕,可能会带来技术挑战、人性考验与隐私侵犯等,甚至可能对企业管理产生整体性冲击。对此,必须全面思考,做好约束机制,扎实推进企业管理的智能化发展。
With the advancement of technology,traditional management will face major changes and huge impacts.Facing the coming of the era of artificial intelligence,the integration of artificial intelligence and enterprise management should be listed as a major topic for active exploration.The integration of artificial intelligence and enterprise management is not a one-time process.It requires necessary processes such as technological advancement,organizational development,and system construction.At the same time,the integration of artificial intelligence and enterprise management is not perfect,which may bring technical challenges,humanity tests and privacy violations,and may even bring an overall impact.In order to do this,we must think comprehensively and make a good restraint mechanism.In this way,we can promote the intelligent development of enterprise management.
