摘要
自2016年实施"全面二孩"政策后,生育高峰也随之而来,妇产医院门诊量也逐渐增高。患者到医院就诊通常会遇到"三长一短"的问题,患者满意度低是医患关系紧张的一个诱因,也成为医疗行业急需解决的问题。通过"互联网+"技术不仅能够提升门诊服务效能,优化门诊就医流程,缓解医院门诊的就诊压力,还能改善患者的就医体验,增加患者的获得感。基于此,笔者结合天津市滨海新区塘沽妇产医院智慧门诊建设项目,探讨智慧门诊建设的功能及存在的问题。
Since the implementation of the"comprehensive two child"policy in 2016,the birth peak has also followed,and the outpatient volume of maternity hospital has gradually increased.Patients often encounter the problem of"three long and one short"when they go to the hospital for treatment.Low patient satisfaction is one of the causes of tense doctor-patient relationship,and it has become an urgent problem in the medical industry.Through the"Internet+"technology,not only can improve the outpatient service efficiency,optimize the outpatient service process,relieve the pressure of outpatient service,but also improve the patient's medical experience and increase the patient's sense of acquisition.Based on this,the author discusses the function and existing problems of intelligent outpatient service construction combining with the construction project of Tianjin Binhai New Area Tanggu maternity hospital.
