摘要
检索国内外护士心理健康相关文献资料,了解我国护士心理健康现状及主要测量方法,探讨改善护理心理健康状况的对策,及对未来护理心理健康研究方向进行研究。
We Searched the literature about nurses’ mental health to understand mental health status of nurses and the main measurement methods in China,in order to explore the countermeasures to improve nursing mental health status, and the future research direction of nursing mental health research.
