摘要
选取非同种材料的典型钢箱梁截面和混凝土箱梁截面为原型箱梁截面,基于等效刚度的原则,根据结构模型试验的相似理论,将扁平钢箱梁原型简化为矩形钢箱梁,将单箱双室混凝土箱梁原型简化为实体矩形混凝土梁;设计并制作了4根与原型梁同材料的1/30混凝土梁及钢箱梁模型的缩尺模型,在缩尺模型上布设压力测点和位移测点,设计悬吊式的试验装置,研究混凝土与混凝土、钢材与钢材、混凝土与钢材3种不同材料梁模型的碰撞问题,分析不同模型下的碰撞刚度比,以及碰撞刚度随碰撞速度的变化关系;开展了Kelvin碰撞刚度影响因素的研究,提出了求解Kelvin碰撞刚度的经验模型,得出了试验原型简支混凝土梁桥的Kelvin碰撞刚度的取值范围。研究结果表明:基于试验实测力和位移的关系求解的Kelvin碰撞模型碰撞刚度明显小于较短梁的轴向刚度值,其与较短梁的刚度比最大值仅为0.012680;Kelvin碰撞刚度值与碰撞刚度系数、较短梁轴向刚度、碰撞速度、邻梁长度比及长梁长度相关;Kelvin碰撞模型下同种材料碰撞刚度系数的上、下限值均大于非同种材料的,而混凝土或钢材同种材料的碰撞刚度系数相差较小;32 m简支梁桥Kelvin碰撞刚度k_k的取值在4×10^5~6×10^5 kN/m之间。
Typical steel box beam cross-section and concrete box beam cross-section of non-identical material as the prototype box beam cross-section was selected,based on the principle of equivalent stiffness,according to the similar theory of structural model test,the prototype of the flat steel box beam was simplified to the rectangular steel box beam,the single box two-chamber concrete box beam prototype was simplified to the solid rectangular concrete beam,four scaled models of 1/30 concrete beam and steel box girder with the same material as the prototype beam were designed.The suspension test device was designed,the collision of concrete and concrete,steel and steel,concrete and steel three different material beam models was studied.The stiffness ratio under the collision of different models,the collision stiffness with the change of collision speed was studied.The factors of Kelvin collision stiffness influence was carried out.An empirical model for solving Kelvin’s collision stiffness was proposed,the value range of Kelvin collision stiffness of the experimental prototype simple concrete beam bridge was obtained.The relationship between collision stiffness and collision velocity was plotted to study the influence factors of Kelvin’s collision stiffness.The results show that the collision stiffness of the Kelvin collision model based on the relationship between the experimental measured force and displacement is significantly smaller than the axial stiffness value of the shorter beam,and the maximum stiffness ratio of that and the shorter beam is only 0.012680.The Kelvin’s collision stiffness value is related to collision stiffness coefficient,shorter beam axial stiffness,collision velocity,neighbor beam length ratio and longer beam length.The upper and lower limits of the collision stiffness coefficients of the same type of material under the Kelvin collision model are greater than those of non-identical materials,while the collision stiffness coefficient of the concrete or steel equivalent is smaller,and the Kelvin collision stiffness k_k value of the 32 m simple girder bridge is between 4×10^5 to 6×10^5 kN/m.2 tabs,18 figs,31 refs.
