贵州不同产地前胡24种无机元素评价分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究贵州不同产地前胡24种无机元素的特性。方法:建立ICP-MS法测定前胡24种无机元素的含量。运用单因素方差分析的LSD多重比较分析前胡地上部分、根、土壤之间24种无机元素的差异,结合主成分分析法分析比较贵州不同产地前胡24种无机元素的差异。结果:贵州不同产地前胡地上部分和根的24种无机元素的富集系数不同,地上部分的富集系数从大到小依次为Ca>Cd>S>Sn>K>Sr>Cu>Zn>Si>B>Ba>Mg>2Mn2>2Mo2>2As2>2Se2>2Ti2>2V2>2Fe2>2Al2>2Co2>2Cr2>2Ni2>2Pd,根的富集系数从大到小依次为S2>2K2>2Ca2>2B2>2Si2>2Sr2>2Mg2>2Cd2>2V2>2Se2>2Ba2>2Ti2>2Cu2>2Fe2>2Zn2>2Al2>2Co2>2Mn2>2Mo2>2As2>2Cr2>2Ni2>2Pd2>2Sn。前胡地上部分、根、土壤之间24种无机元素的含量有所差异。研究建立的前胡无机元素的特征图谱一致性好、特征性强。以主成分分析的综合指标代表无机元素的丰富度,毕节黔西(4 605.67,n=4)>遵义红花岗(3 858.28,n=2)>遵义绥阳(3 363.1,n=5)>铜仁德江(2 715.14,n=2)>福泉黎平(2 223.28,n=2)。24种无机元素对主成分分析综合得分的贡献率主要为K(46.78%)、Al(27.51%)、Fe(24.22%)、Mg(4.20%)、Ca(1.03%)、S(-4.70%),其余无机元素的贡献率较小。结论:贵州不同产地前胡不同部位24种无机元素的富集能力不同,贵州不同产地前胡24种无机元素的差异较大。 Objective:To study on the characteristic of 24 inorganic elements in Peucedani radix(PR)from the region of Guizhou province.Methods:ICP-MS method was developed and used to determine the contents of 24 inorganic elements in PR.The differences of 24 inorganic elements were analyzed by LSD multiple comparison of one-way ANOVA among aerial parts,roots and soils of PR,and the differences of 24 inorganic elements of PR were analyzed by principal component analysis(PCA)among different regions in Guizhou.Results:The Bioconcentration factor(BCF)of 24 inorganic elements were different between aerial parts and roots of PR from Guizhou province.The BCF of aerial parts in decreasing order was as follows:Ca> Cd> S> Sn> K > Sr> Cu> Zn>Si> B > Ba> Mg> Mn> Mo> As> Se> Ti> V > Fe> Al> Co> Cr> Ni> Pd,BCF of roots in decreasing order was as follows:S> K > Ca> B > Si> Sr> Mg> Cd> V > Se> Ba> Ti> Cu> Fe> Zn> Al> Co> Mn> Mo>As> Cr> Ni> Pd> Sn.The contents of 24 inorganic elements were different among aerial parts,roots and soil of PR.The fingerprint of 24 inorganic elements were in good agreement and marked characteristic.The comprehensive index of PCA represented the richness of inorganic elements,Bijieqianxi(4 605.67,n=4)> Zhunyihonghuagangqu(3 858.28,n=2)> Zhunyisuiyang(3 363.1,n=5)> Tongrendejiang(2 715.14,n=2)> Fuquanliping(2 223.28,n=2).The contribution rates of 24 inorganic elements to PCA were mainly K(46.78%),Al(27.51%),Fe(24.22%),Mg(4.20%),Ca(1.03%)and S(-4.70%).The contribution rates of other inorganic elements were small.Conclusion:The BCF of 24 inorganic elements were different in different parts of PR from Guizhou province and the difference of 24 inorganic elements of PR were significantly difference from different regions of Guizhou province.
